Important Warning: Trading leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all traders. You may lose capital and should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Risk Disclosure
Understanding the risks involved in trading is essential before participating in any evaluation challenge or funded account program.

1Nature of Trading Risk
Trading financial instruments including foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies involves a substantial degree of risk. The value of any financial instrument can increase or decrease rapidly and unpredictably. Traders can lose all or more than their invested capital.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Simulated performance achieved during evaluation phases does not guarantee or even suggest equivalent performance in live funded account conditions. Market dynamics, liquidity, slippage, and emotional factors in live trading differ materially from simulated environments.
2Leverage and Margin Risk
Trading on leverage or margin amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. A small adverse price movement can result in a loss that is disproportionately large relative to the initial exposure. When using leverage, it is possible to lose more than the capital allocated to a position.
HiyaPrimeapplies tiered leverage limits by instrument class as defined in the Global Trading Rules. These limits are intended to reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Traders must ensure they understand the leverage applicable to each instrument before placing trades.
3Market Volatility
Financial markets can experience extreme volatility during economic data releases, geopolitical events, central bank announcements, or unexpected global developments. During periods of high volatility, price gaps can occur, meaning prices may jump significantly without trading at intermediate levels. This can result in positions being closed at prices materially worse than the intended level.
Spreads the difference between the buy and sell price widen significantly during volatile periods, increasing the cost of entering and exiting trades. Stop loss orders may not execute at the intended price during fast-moving markets, a condition known as slippage.
4Liquidity Risk
Not all financial instruments are equally liquid. Less liquid instruments may be difficult to buy or sell at quoted prices, particularly in larger position sizes. Low liquidity can result in significant price impact when entering or exiting positions, causing executed prices to deviate substantially from quoted prices.
Trading in instruments with low daily volume is subject to greater price volatility and execution uncertainty. Certain instruments may become illiquid during off-market hours or following specific events, making it impossible to close positions at acceptable prices.
5Technology and Connectivity Risk
Trading platforms rely on technology infrastructure that can experience outages, latency, data feed errors, or connectivity failures. During a technology outage, you may be unable to place, modify, or close trades, potentially resulting in losses that could not be prevented.
While HiyaPrimetakes measures to maintain platform stability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for maintaining your own reliable internet connection and backup systems. The Firm is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures, platform errors, or force majeure events outside its reasonable control.
6Regulatory and Legal Risk
The regulatory environment for financial trading and funded trading programs varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Changes in laws or regulations applicable to trading activities could affect your ability to participate in the platform or receive payouts. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction at all times.
HiyaPrimedoes not provide legal or regulatory advice. You should seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about the legality of participating in funded trading programs in your jurisdiction.
7Psychological and Behavioral Risk
Trading involves significant psychological challenges. Fear, greed, overconfidence, and the pressure to perform can lead to irrational decision-making and poor trade execution. Many traders who are profitable in simulated environments struggle when transitioning to funded accounts due to the psychological impact of trading with real capital.
Overtrading, revenge trading following losses, and abandoning tested strategies are common behavioral risks that can rapidly deplete trading capital. The Firm strongly encourages traders to maintain a written trading plan and adhere to it consistently.
8Risk of Loss in Funded Accounts
When trading on a funded account, rule breaches including drawdown limit violations result in immediate account closure. All accumulated profits are forfeited upon account closure for rule violations. The trader does not bear direct financial loss beyond the challenge fees already paid, as the capital in funded accounts belongs to the Firm.
However, the time, effort, and evaluation fees invested in reaching the funded stage represent a meaningful cost. Traders should approach funded accounts with the same discipline applied during evaluation and should not increase risk levels simply because the capital does not belong to them.
9No Investment Advice
Nothing provided on the HiyaPrimeplatform including educational materials, performance metrics, leaderboard data, or rule documentation constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
The Firm provides infrastructure for trading evaluation and funded account access. All trading decisions are made solely by the trader. The Firm bears no responsibility for trading decisions made on the platform, whether those decisions result in profits or losses.
